The WASM esbuild plugin was not needed and is now removed.

Other changes are for housekeeping.

The example CLI now has improved token counting UI.

The tiktoken wasm processing is moved to the main package instead.

Add files from pridepack. Only text completion, chat completion, edit,
and image generation features have been implemented.
